About Dr. Kristin Owens

Dr. Kristin Owens earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Rhodes College. She received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine, Little Rock, in 2014 and completed her residency at the Methodist Dallas Medical Center in 2018.

Dr. Owens began practicing medicine at NEA Baptist Women's Clinic in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

As an OB/GYN, Dr. Owens enjoys the mix of performing surgery and being a part of the childbirth process. She also enjoys taking care of women and establishing relationships that can last a lifetime. Along with certifications in neonatal resuscitation and life support, Dr. Owens is proficient in DaVinci Robotic Surgery, so you can be sure that your body is in the best possible care. Her other specialties include well-woman care, prenatal care, adolescent care, and menopause and post-menopause care

Dr. Owens is native to the Mid-South/Memphis area and grew up in Bartlett, TN. When she’s not helping patients, her hobbies include family time with her spouse and daughters, traveling, and spending time with her pets.
