About Kristen Duncan
Dr. Kristen Duncan recently joined MOGA having moved to the Mid-South from New Mexico. She sees patients exclusively at our DeSoto location and treats women for gynecological conditions while also specializing in prenatal care, particularly gestational diabetes.
Dr. Kristen received her B.S. in Nursing from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. She obtained her Masters of Science degree as a Women’s Health Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in Mobile.
She is certified by the National Certification Corporation for the Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing Specialties to practice as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Kristen is also a member of ACOG, The Greater Memphis Area Advanced Practice Nurses, and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health.
Being married to a military guy, she has worked in various hospital and private practice settings in Georgia and New Mexico. She’s married, has two sons, lives in Hernando, and spends most of her time on the football or baseball field watching her boys.
