About Haley Gore

Born and raised in the Memphis area, Mrs. Haley Gore is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who only recently joined MOGA. She sees patients exclusively at our Wolfchase location and treats a wide variety of conditions, including general wellness exams, well-woman exams, hypertension and hyperlipidemia management, birth control counseling, menopause management, and medical weight loss options.

Mrs. Gore began practicing in 2018 after receiving her BSN and MSN from the University of Memphis. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Gore is married to her husband, Jay, and has three daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and doing anything outdoors.

Mrs. Gore endeavors to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in her community. She joined our practice to care for gynecological needs and assist the practice in managing primary care patient needs, such as high blood pressure and cholesterol.
