Dear (patient),
Having practiced medicine for 55 years it is with difficulty that I write this letter. I will be retiring at the end of March while I am healthy and can enjoy it!
I have many, many fond memories and relationships with patients and colleagues accumulated during my career. I am forever grateful for the confidence and faithfulness my patients have placed in me over the years.
