I am writing you to announce that I will retire this year at the end of December. My last day for patient appointments will be December 20, 2019.
My new role is CiCi, the Grandmommy! I want you to know that I have been honored to be your physician. Some of you have been with me for over thirty years and others I have only recently met. It has been a pleasure working with you on your health and wellness.
I am looking forward to this new journey in life, and with confidence I recommend the physicians at MOGA for your on-going care. Your medical records will remain with them and it is my hope that you will remain a MOGA patient.
